We share information with service providers who help us operate Ooshmail, such as cloud storage providers used to host attachments and images. From Settings > Privacy, you can choose to block external images and tracking pixels in emails you receive, control whether read receipts are sent, and manage whether your online status is visible to others.

We retain your account information and email content for as long as your account is active. If you deactivate your account, your data is scheduled for deletion in accordance with applicable law.

You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time from Settings. You may also request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting support.

We support two-factor authentication delivered via WhatsApp for an additional layer of account security, and you can review and revoke active sessions from your account at any time.

Ooshmail is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under this age.
