2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an Ooshmail account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide, including your date of birth, is accurate.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You may add a secondary recovery email to help secure your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Ooshmail to send spam, unsolicited bulk email, malware, or content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes on others' rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy, and you may block individual senders from your own inbox at any time.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the emails, attachments, and other content you send and receive through Ooshmail. We store this content, including files you attach, using trusted third-party cloud storage providers solely to operate the service.
6. Third-Party Services
Certain features, such as identity verification during sign-up, are provided in partnership with third-party services. We share only the information necessary for these services to function.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if required by law. You may deactivate your account at any time from Settings.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Ooshmail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ooshmail and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Ooshmail after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
